I didn't get my package. When to expect to get it?

If you have received a phone call from our customer service team and you agreed to participate in our remote patient monitoring (PRM) with your doctor, you'll typically need to wait 3-5 business days to receive your patient box. It should arrive on your doorstep.


If it has been over a week since the call and you still have not received your box from Kura, please contact our customer service at 858-208-0893. They will assist you.
