If "Err P" is displayed on the screen of your blood pressure cuff that means the cuff failed to inflate.
Solution: Make sure the tube attached to the cuff is properly connected to the main device. Place cuff on your arm and try measuring your blood pressure again.
If "Err 1" is displayed on the screen of your blood pressure cuff that means the cuff deflated too rapidly.
Solution: Call customer service 858-208-0893 and we will send you a replacement.
If "Err 2" is displayed on the screen of your blood pressure cuff that means you moved too much during the measurement or there was some signal interference.
Solution: First try taking your measurement again but don't move while it's taking your blood pressure. If that doesn't work then try removing any devices that may be interfering with the signal, like phones, magnets, etc.
If "Err 3" displays on the screen of your blood pressure cuff that means the results were incorrect for some unknown reason.
Solution: Try measure again.
